Over time, even the best synthetic turf can show signs of wear. In high-traffic areas, the fibers can break down, causing uneven surfaces and a decline in performance. Not only does this affect playability, but it can also increase maintenance costs and safety risks. Replacing your synthetic turf ensures your field stays in top condition, providing athletes with a safe, reliable surface that supports peak performance.
Our Field Replacement Process:
- Initial Assessment– We begin by evaluating your existing field conditions to determine the scope of the replacement and identify any necessary site preparation or repairs such as grading and drainage.
- Removal of Old Turf– Our state-of-the-art equipment allows us to separate the synthetic turf from the infill. We carefully remove the existing synthetic turf and prepare the sub-base to ensure a level, solid foundation and check water infiltration before the new synthetic turf is installed. We have the technology and craftmanship to recover usable infill to reuse on the new field which can be a valuable cost savings and reduce unnecessary waste that ends up in landfills. In some cases, the old synthetic turf can have a second life as an indoor or outdoor batting cage.
- Installation of New Turf– We install the latest synthetic turf, using industry-leading products that meet the highest standards for safety, durability, and performance. Our turf is designed to withstand extreme weather conditions and heavy foot traffic, ensuring it stays looking great and performing well for years.
- Final Touches & Testing– After installation, we perform final quality checks and ensure the field meets all necessary safety and performance standards.
